Sir Richard Westmacott RA (15 July – 1 September ) was a British sculptor. Sir Richard Westmacott (–) Sculptor. The son of Richard Westmacott I (/47–), he became one of the leading neoclassical sculptors of heroic monuments in England. 
He became a member of the Royal Academy in 1811, served as Professor of Sculpture there from 1827, and was knighted in 1837, the year Victoria.
